Transformative Life Skills & Dynamic Mindfulness, offered by the Niroga Institute, provides a lesson-based approach to SEL, focused on mindfulness. It includes programming for grades 6-12 and demonstrates evidence of effectiveness in grades 6 and 9. Translated materials for Transformative Life Skills are offered in Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, French, Inuktitut.

Wayfinder

Wayfinder provides a lesson-based approach to SEL and is offered for grades K-12. A CASEL-approved evaluation demonstrates evidence of effectiveness for grades 6-9 and 12. Wayfinder utilizes an online platform with an extensive teacher-facing activity library. The program focuses on developing students’ sense of belonging and purpose.

Youth Aware of Mental Health

Youth Aware of Mental health, also known as YAM, is a school-based program for young people ages 13 to 17, in which they learn about and explore the topic of mental health. YAM is an evidence-based program taking place in classrooms around the world. Students actively engage with the topic of mental health through role-play and student-led discussions.

Decreased suicidal ideation; Decreased suicide attempts
