SPARK: Speaking to the Potential, Ability, & Resilience in Every Kid
The SPARK Mentoring Programs provide evidence-based K-12th grade programs and professional development opportunities that increase emotional well-being, resilience, and emotional regulation while developing executive functioning skills needed to navigate life with greater ease.

Student Success Skills(SSS)
Student Success Skills provides a lesson-based approach to SEL. It includes programming for grades K-12 and demonstrates evidence of effectiveness in grades 4-5 and 7-10. Translated materials for Student Success Skills are available in Spanish and French.

The 4 Rs (Reading, Writing, Respect & Resolution)
The 4Rs Program, offered by the Morningside Center for Teaching Social Responsibility, provides a lesson-based approach to SEL. It includes programming for grades Pre-K-8 and demonstrates evidence of effectiveness at grades 3 and 4. Translated materials are available in Spanish.
The 4Rs (for Reading, Writing, Respect, and Resolution) is a program intended to improve social emotional learning as well as literacy for students in grades K-5. It uses high-quality literature to help students gain skills such as handling anger, listening, assertiveness, and cooperation, among others. The 4Rs provides teachers with a literacy-based curriculum of 21-35 lessons based on social-emotional issues. Teachers follow lessons with units on skills highlighted in the readings. Teachers receive 25 hours of training plus extensive coaching.

The Fourth R
The Fourth R, offered by the Western Centre for School Mental Health, provides a lesson-based apporach to SEL. It includes programming for grades 6-12 and demonstrates evidence of effectiveness in grades 7-9. Translated materials for The Fourth R are available in French and Spanish.

The Leadership Program’s Violence Prevention Project
The Leadership Program’s Violence Prevention Project, provides a lesson-based approach to SEL. It includes programming for grades 6-12 and demonstrates evidence of effectiveness in grades 6-10.

Transformative Life Skills & Dynamic Mindfulness
Transformative Life Skills & Dynamic Mindfulness, offered by the Niroga Institute, provides a lesson-based approach to SEL, focused on mindfulness. It includes programming for grades 6-12 and demonstrates evidence of effectiveness in grades 6 and 9. Translated materials for Transformative Life Skills are offered in Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, French, Inuktitut.

Wayfinder
Wayfinder provides a lesson-based approach to SEL and is offered for grades K-12. A CASEL-approved evaluation demonstrates evidence of effectiveness for grades 6-9 and 12. Wayfinder utilizes an online platform with an extensive teacher-facing activity library. The program focuses on developing students’ sense of belonging and purpose.
